Reservation
We suggest making all service reservations at least two weeks in
advance. (Four weeks for packages, multiple services and groups.) A
50% deposit is required when making appointments for multiple
services, packages and groups. A credit card number, gift certificate
number or deposit is required to book all spa appointments.

Check In
Please check in at the reception desk at least 15 minutes prior to
your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late for your appointment,
your service time will be adjusted accordingly.
Age Requirement
The spa is an adult-oriented atmosphere. Clients must be 18 years old,
to receive body services. We do provide teen facials for clients 13
years of age. Please do not bring young children when you come to
receive services, as they are not allowed in the spa area and cannot
be left unattended.
Cancellation/Rescheduling
Policy
Clients who must cancel or reschedule an appointment must do so 48
hours in advance. Multiple services and packages must be cancelled at
least 72 hours in advance, or the deposit will be forfeited, credit
cards will be charged if the appointment is not cancelled within the
required time. Clients using a gift certificate must also cancel
within the time required or the gift certificate will be voided.
Gratuity
A 15% to 20% gratuity is not included in the price but It is customary
(but not mandatory) to pay gratuity when good services are received.
Health
All clients are required to complete an intake form so that
your services will be customized to your needs. There are
contraindication for certain conditions. Please tell your therapist if
you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, or diabetes.
